Janie Kaltenbacher

Despite being a regular church attender and Christ-follower since she was about six, Janie did not get baptized until she was nearly 38 years old in 2013 (long story). Janie has been attending Rockhills Church since November of 2015, and she has been a Deacon at Rochkills since January of 2021. Janie also serves on the First Impressions Team as a greeter.

Janie grew up in Aransas Pass and has a Masters of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Technology Integration into the Classroom. She taught in the San Antonio area for almost 8 years but now uses her expertise at a global nonprofit organization that allows her the flexibility to spend time with the people she loves most (her family and friends) and doing the activities she enjoys (cooking, reading, and crafting).
